YOUR APPOINTMENT

Your appointment is custom tailored for your individual needs. Please be prompt to your appointment. When arriving to your appointment, please notify the receptionist of any changes in address, phone #, insurance carriers or other personal information. If the appointment is for a minor and this is the minors first visit with us, it is required that a parent or legal guardian be present at that appointment. If you routinely take medications please take your medications as directed by your doctor unless otherwise directed. We want you to have the most comfortable visit possible during your visit. If there is anything during your appointment that we can do in assisting you in this manner please notify one of the staff and we would be happy to help in any way.

MISSED/CANCELLED/RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS

We do our best to arrange customized appointment times to best fit your schedule and your dental needs. Because this time has been reserved especially for you and canceling, rescheduling or missing your appointment will affect many people, it is required that 24 hours notice be given to avoid a fee of $30. We realize that our schedules are ever changing and are happy to accommodate prior to 24 hours. In this way it is our desire that you will receive prompt and timely dental care. Continued missed appointments may result from dismissal from the practice.

We are happy to except same day emergency visits and appointment as needed for both current and new patients. We know how uncomfortable dental pain can be and make every effort to see emergency patients as needed. As every emergency is different and as there are many treatment options, treatment of a dental emergency that day could range from taking care the dental problem right then to giving a patient antibiotics and pain medications and having the patient back when the appropriate treatment can be rendered. We are also available for after hour emergencies to our current patients.
